Irene is a marketing and PR professional who specializes in designing marketing strategies, market research, event planning, government relations and strategic alliances.
Irene is CEO and founder of IK International Public Relations and Marketing. Irene imparts workshops, seminars and conferences on marketing and leadership.
Prior to that she was the Executive Director of the Association of Mexican Entrepreneurs. She has extensive knowledge of the air travel industry and has occupied executive positions at Aeroméxico and Mexicana de Aviación. Irene is founder and CEO of AMEP USA, and President of the San Antonio Chapter of this organization. Together with Claudia S. Herrmann she founded USA AMEP Foundation, where she serves as current CEO. Irene is also President of the San Antonio Chapter of AMEP USA.
Irene's passion is to work with and for underserved and underprivileged Latina women and their families.
Claudia S. Herrmann
A Passion for Women
Claudia is founder and partner of Dienst International Consulting Services, LLC. She is a lawyer licensed to practice throughout Mexico specializing in franchise and distribution law. She is a certified business coach and assists clients with their business, international trade, contracts and intellectual property, and gives conferences, seminars, courses, workshops and seminars.
She is a columnist of the Al Día Newspaper – the Spanish version of the Dallas Morning News and of the El Hispano News newspaper, where she has a column titled “En Perspectiva” (“In Perspective”). She is the hostess of the “Mujer de Éxito” radio show which transmits from Radio FBD.com each Thursday from 11 am to noon and from Pegasus Netwaves Thursdays from 1 to 2 pm and 8 to 9 pm.
Claudia, together with Irene is founder and past National Chair and CVO of AMEP USA and of USA AMEP Foundation, and Chair of the Dallas Chapter of AMEP USA.

Empowering Young Women
Throughout her young life, Carla works on creating spaces for young women and finding creative ways of expressing themselves and living a full life.
She demonstrates through her own example that young women can be leaders and that they can achieve their dreams if their mind is set on this goal.
Her goals to achieve gender parity and create transparent and safe spaces are bearing fruit.
Carla overcomes obstacles by keeping a positive attitude and tenaciously continues to reach out to her network of women for strength.
